How This New Tech Can Help You Manage Stress

We all experience stress; in fact, most of us deal with it on a daily basis. And while there are plenty of tools out there to help us destress at the end of the day, we don’t always have time for meditation, yoga, breathwork, and the like.

These tools are amazing. But the issue is they don’t always address the underlying root cause of stress and provide only temporary relief. This has led me on a path to find tools that provide lasting change to reduce my stress – you have to get to the root of the problem.

So what’s the alternative? Typically, if we don’t have the time or energy to deal with our stressors, we ignore them. This results in unresolved issues on both a physical and mental level, which in turn creates more stress — and so the story goes.

If you’re tired of being stressed and overwhelmed, I have some fantastic news for you;  there are incredible tech tools out there I use on a daily basis that I want to share with you.

In this article, you’ll learn:

  • The hidden and obvious causes of stress
  • How stress shows up physically and emotionally
  • The concept of the body’s energy field and how you can detect stressors in this energy field and release them – easily.
  • How a handheld device can even calm raging bulls… and balance your stress response.

The Device That Calms Bulls

What if there was a device so effective at calming the nervous system that within one minute, it could tame a raging bull? And no, I’m not talking metaphorically, I’m talking about a real raging bull.

Cyril Bourke was called to Michigan to see if a device he helped develop called a miHealth (sold by NES health) could bring balance to the nervous system of a bull that had been acting out.

The owner paid $1 million for this bull to breed him, but that was not happening.

This 5,000-pound bull had a reputation for hurting vets – he had injured a couple vets and no one would go hear him. In fact, it even broke the cheekbone and collar bone of a vet that was trying to work with it.

When Cyril arrived at the farm, the bull was caged but still bucking and swinging its head in a rage. Within one minute, however, he was able to calm the bull to the point that it was drooling and relaxed. The farmers even likened the state of the bull to that of an animal that had been tranquilized.

Once calm, a vet was able to come in and examine him. Come to find out, he had a hormonal issue causing him to produce too much testosterone.

If this small device could tame a raging bull in just sixty seconds, just imagine what it could do for you.

But before we get into the details of miHealth, let’s explore how stress occurs and how it could be impacting your health either overtly or subtly on a daily basis.

The Obvious and Hidden Sources of Stress

One of the issues that comes up when talking about stress is the fact that “stress” can come from many different sources. Some sources of stress are obvious, like a difficult boss or strained relationship. However, there are other sources of stress that are hidden, some we may never even realize exist.

Obvious sources of stress in your life may include:

  • Challenges at work
  • Arguments with friends or family
  • Divorce
  • Health issues
  • Financial strain
  • Moving to a new home
  • Emotional imbalances like anxiety or depression
  • Physical pain

While obvious sources of stress can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful, hidden sources of stress can sneak up on you and can create a chronic low-level stress response right under your nose. Often these stressors impact your health and slowly drain your energy.

Some hidden sources of stress that may be impacting your life include:

  • Trauma – events in your life you were not emotionally ready to handle
  • Toxicity in your body (mold, heavy metals, chemicals, etc.)
  • EMFs (electromagnetic fields) from wireless internet, cell phones and computers
  • Food allergies and sensitivities
  • Low-grade inflammation
  • Isolation (not having enough people to support you)

Whether obvious or hidden, stress ultimately affects both your mind and your body. Left unchecked stress can multiply and start showing up in your life both physically and emotionally.

How Stress Shows Up Physically and Emotionally

Physical signs of stress[1]:

  • Headache
  • Fatigue
  • Sleep issues, night waking, insomnia
  • Digestive issues
  • Lack of sex drive
  • Weight gain or loss
  • Muscle Tension
  • Heart palpitations
  • Pain
  • Low immunity

Emotional signs of stress[1]:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Restlessness
  • Lack of motivation
  • Overwhelm
  • Irritability
  • Addiction (smoking, drinking, drugs, food, gambling, etc.)

And truly, these lists are just the tip of the iceberg. The problem with stress is that it can become all-pervasive, affecting pretty much any and all areas of your life.

In fact, most health professionals believe that stress is at the root of many diseases that we face today. And the fact that stress has an impact on your immune system is non-debatable[2].

How Energy Medicine Can Help Overcome Stress

Energy medicine, aka bioenergetics, is an exciting field that merits your undivided attention. It’s a way to work with the body. It may sound strange, but there are thousands of studies on pub med and in journals doing exciting research in this thousands of years old field.

The concept is simple. The body has an energy field. This energy field is where much of the body’s communication happens. This energy field governs the physical body. You can easily detect stressors in this energy field and release them. This restores proper physical functioning, allowing many symptoms to vanish.

Bioenergetics is the understanding that your body’s energy field controls your biology and, therefore, directly affects your physical health. Blockages can occur in your biofield (your body’s energy field) that can inhibit the proper flow of energy through your body. This results in a state of dis-ease and can show up on a physical level in a variety of ways.

Energy medicine is the application of frequencies, which is essentially information, to the body that creates a healing environment. Frequencies (information with correct operating instructions or healing messages) can be sent to the body through water, energy waves and through electrical currents.

Think of it like this. Information is sent on radio waves. When you tune into the frequency 98.6 on the radio, the information on that radio wave (music or talking) comes through. Your body works the same way. You can send information on other types of waves – scalar waves – and send information to your body that helps it make a corrective shift or work better or reduce stress. You can literally address ANY type of issue simply by sending information to your body in this way.

The opposite can also be true. Harmful frequencies can be sent to your body and interfere in the body’s communication system. We see this with electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) like microwaves, wireless internet, etc that are shown in the research to harm our bodies.

These nonnative frequencies are harmful because they interfere in the body’s sensitive energy field. As a result these frequencies can disrupt sleep, brain waves, disrupt our heart rhythm, cause energetic blocks in our energy field and along our meridiens.

This explains why we see the many symptoms we see when the human body is exposed to EMFs of all sorts. It makes perfect sense when you understand that the body’s main mode of communication is happening in its energy field.

While healers have been using different types of energy medicine for thousands of years, modern technology is giving us even more targeted means to detect and correct imbalances in the energy field and bring the body back into homeostasis and proper functioning by freeing it from these stressors[3].

One of these high tech devices I was introduced to many years ago is called a miHealth. I’ve been singing its praises ever since. And it has helped my health in so many ways, including helping me fall asleep, stress management, pain, tight muscles, even overcome bulimia.

I use it every single day and would never want to be without it. It’s simple a solution for so many issues.

Here is how it works.

What is a miHealth Device?

The miHealth device is a small handheld biofeedback device that uses three technologies – scalar waves, tens and electromagnetic pulse frequency (PEMF), which sends gentle frequencies to your body.

Using the concept of bioenergetics, these frequencies restore balance and release stressors — allowing your body to return to its natural, optimal state[4][5].

This small device has over 200 pre-programmed settings to bring targeted balance to your body. Just a handful of the imbalances that miHealth works for include:

  • Acute pain
  • Fatigue
  • Stress
  • Thyroid issues
  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Detoxification
  • Sleep
  • Fat metabolism
  • Immunity

If you’re having any issues, you can run one of these programs to correct the issue. OR you can do a scan with the mihealth that will give you 500 data points about your health in software developed by NES health.

A NES Health scan is used by the software to create a custom mihealth program for you. This helps you to detect imbalances in your energy field you may not be aware of and correct them.

You’d run this custom program every day for 30 days. And then do a new scan, get new custom protocol and run that daily for 30 days. That’s what I do. But it’s totally optional.

What makes this device so incredible is that it works on a multitude of imbalances. If you think of your biofield as a blueprint for your body, the miHealth device is like an architect that goes in and detects and corrects any weak spots on that blueprint.

This allows the physical aspects of your body to function better and gently find its way back into perfect balance.

Combat Stress and Its Symptoms with miHealth

So, where does stress come into play with all of this?

As mentioned earlier, stress can come from both hidden and obvious sources. Furthermore, the effects of stress can show up in a myriad of ways — both emotional and physical.

Using a device like miHealth helps your body and mind find balance, eliminating many many stressors that you may not be consciously aware of.

For example, some people experience physical stress due to injury or inflammation, which eventually leads to emotional stress. The miHealth device can help bring balance to these physical stressors by addressing the weak areas in your biofield.

On the other hand, some people are under stress due to emotional or life circumstances like financial troubles, strained relationships, trauma and so on. The miHealth works the same way it does for physical imbalance as it does for emotional stressors.

What’s more, for those hidden sources of stress like the daily onslaught of electromagnetic frequencies that we all deal with, using a device like miHealth can bring your field back into balance and may prevent the long-term effects of EMF radiation.

Put simply, this device is pretty much all you need if you want to combat not only the symptoms but the root cause of your stress as well.

In fact, there are five settings that can specifically help you find balance when it comes to stress. I use at least one of these settings pretty much daily to keep myself in balance, and it’s been a life-changer. these include:

  • Chil – Pure relaxation – it calms your nerves
  • ESR – Emotional Stress Relief
  • Inner Peace – Creates a parasympathetic relaxed state
  • Liberator – Purges emotional trauma
  • Sleep – encourages the brain wave pattern conducive to sleep

Stress is a word that’s thrown around a lot, but the reality of the situation is that if you’re experiencing chronic stress, it could be the gateway to some serious chronic physical and emotional issues. I urge you to take it seriously.

What makes stress even more concerning is the fact that you don’t always know where it’s coming from – making it nearly impossible to prevent its negative side effects.

If you’re looking for a simple yet powerful way to optimize your body’s function, I couldn’t recommend the miHealth device more. I use mine every day and I could never be without it!!
