Why Get a Urine Metals Analysis?
The Urine Metals Analysis test is offered through Trace Minerals Laboratories. The analysis produces an accurate portrayal of all heavy metals in the body and tests a total of 35 minerals and metals:
Calcium, Magnesium, Chromium, Iron, Cobalt, Copper, Germanium, Lithium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium, Strontium, Vanadium, Zinc plus Aluminium, Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Bismuth, Cadmium, Cesium, Gallium, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, Palladium, Platinum, Silver, Thallium, Tin, Titanium, Tungsten, Uranium, Zirconium plus creatinine.
This is a great test to do if you don’t have metals coming out of the hair due to methylation or genetic issues. A Urine Metals Push Test is also great to corroborate the results of a hair mineral analysis and observe metals that may not be coming out on a hair test.
The Urine Metals tests shows so many more metals not tested on a hair mineral analysis and can pinpoint the metals that are causing your health issues.
