Please note: due to HIPPA regulations we cannot accept any sensitive medical forms, test results, or medical histories sent to us over email. Your privacy is important to us. If you do purchase one of our programs or health coaching sessions, we have HIPPA compliant systems in place whereby you can submit these materials in a way that will protect both your data and medical privacy.
