Dr. DiNicolantonio is the author of The Salt Fix. He is a cardiovascular research scientist at Saint Lukes Mid America Heart Institute, Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. DiNicolantonios research interests focus on nutrition and cardiovascular health. He is the author or co-author of over 200 publications in the medical literature. Dr. DiNicolantonio also serves as the Associate Editor of BMJ Open Heart, which is a cardiology published in partnership with the British Cardiovascular Society.
