Did you know that there’s a field of energy that surrounds your body that affects the function of every cell and every tissue? This field, known as your electromagnetic field, interacts with your physical body to create balance or imbalance, depending on the information it carries.

If your electromagnetic field is bombarded with chaotic information, you’ll feel it on a cellular level as illness, lack of clear thinking, and general imbalance. On the other hand, if your field is clear and balanced, you’ll experience it as vibrant health and wellness.

It follows, then, that if you want to achieve optimal health, you need to be aware of the health of your energetic environment. The biggest invader of your electromagnetic field? EMFs.

What Are EMFs?

There’s a lot of buzz these days about EMFs, otherwise known as electromagnetic frequencies. EMFs are everywhere in our environment, emitted from electronics like cell phones, computers, WiFi, and home appliances. In addition, powerlines and even sunlight contribute to the EMF energy being emitted into our air space[1].

The primary issue with EMFs is that they hit you on an energetic level. As these frequencies interact with your own energy field, they cause disturbances that can lead to issues like mood issues, insomnia, fatigue, brain fog, and much more.

So why hasn’t the government cracked down on EMFs?

There are two categories that EMFs can fall into — ionizing and non-ionizing. Non-ionizing EMFs are the lower frequency energies that come off most home appliances and devices you use daily. Ionizing EMFs, however, emit larger frequencies and are known to cause damage to your DNA — an example of this would be X-rays[1][2].

For this reason, measures are taken to limit the exposure to ionizing EMFs, like the protective wear you put on when getting an X-ray done at your doctor’s office. The problem is, although ionizing EMFs are recognized for their potential danger, non-ionizing EMFs don’t get the same attention. Does this mean that non-ionizing EMFs are safe? Absolutely not.

In fact, many people are quite sensitive to EMFs (both ionizing and non-ionizing) with symptoms like dizziness, headaches, fatigue, and memory loss. Not to mention the studies that highlight the potential harm EMFs can have on your brain, heart, reproductive system, as well as the development of cancer[3][4][5][6][7].

Luckily, there are some solutions out there that can help you limit your EMF exposure. From lifestyle choices to EMF-protection devices, there are a number of ways that you can combat your daily interactions with EMF frequencies.

How To Protect Yourself From EMFs

There are a couple of simple lifestyle adjustments you can make to reduce your exposure to EMFs without spending a dime.

Lifestyle Recommendations:

Cut Down on Device Use

In a world run by computers and cell phones, this recommendation may sound a lot easier in theory than in reality. However, if you can cut down on extra time spent on your devices, it can do nothing but support you and help reduce your exposure to EMFs.

One study looking at the effects of radiation from cell phones and the incidence of neurological disorders like dementia found that just 50 minutes of cell phone use a day could increase the risk of early-onset dementia[8].

Turn Off Devices Or Create Space When Not In Use

Another simple step you can take is to turn off your cell phone, computer, and WiFi before bed. If this sounds like too much, you can even move your devices to a different room to create physical space between yourself and the EMFs that are emitted. The farther you are from your device, the weaker the interaction between your energy field and the EMFs will be.

To the same effect, you can create space by not carrying your cell phone on your body during the day. Also, unplug electronics when they’re not in use.

The Downside:

While it can certainly be helpful to cut back and turn off your devices, the truth is that modern life makes it a challenge to live without technology. And although making space in your life for more tech-free time is a wonderful idea, it may not get to the root of the issue when EMFs are still flooding your home from all directions.

Fortunately, there are a few options out there that can help you cut down EMF exposure even while you’re using your devices and appliances, they are referred to as “EMF protectors.”

EMF Protectors: Neutralizers and Absorbers

Most EMF protectors work by clearing the air around your electronics either by neutralizing EMF frequencies with negative ions or by absorbing them.

Neutralizers

EMFs emit something called positive ions, which are associated with issues like fatigue, mood issues, and loss of productivity. EMF protectors help to neutralize these positive ions by emitting negative ions.

It may sound counterintuitive — but research shows that while positive ions create havoc for your health, negative ions come in and help to relieve mood issues and enhance overall wellbeing[9][10]. When a positive ion and a negative ion meet, they share electromagnetic chemistry and neutralize one another.

Examples of neutralizers would be EMF stickers that you can place on your electronics like your cell phone, laptop, and microwave.

Absorbers

Other protectors simply absorb the EMF frequencies, clearing the air around them and creating a natural balance to your electromagnetic field.

Most crystals and stones that are used for EMF protection fall under the category of absorbers.

EMF Protectors

EMF Protecting Headphones

EMF-protecting headphones are an excellent option if you spend much of your day on your cell phone or listening to audio with earplugs on. They use hollow air tubes that emit a much lower frequency than your traditional wired headphones. In addition, they have built-in EMF protection with copper infused into the cord.

EMF Blocking Stickers

Most EMF blocking stickers are about the size of a quarter and can be placed directly on the back of your cell phone, tablet, computer, microwave, or any other small device to combat harmful EMF radiation. These protective stickers not only block EMFs, but they also release negative ions — which neutralize the positive ions emitted from your device.

They tend to be very light-weight and easy place on your devices. The slender design of a sticker allows a no-fuss way to enhance your protection against EMFs.

EMF Protection Crystals

There are several crystals that are known to help block and neutralize EMFs. Some examples include; black tourmaline, fulgurite, and shungite.

Crystals can absorb electromagnetic frequencies, effectively purifying the area around them[11]. For this reason, many people choose to put crystals on their WiFi devices, microwaves, or other small appliances that aren’t as mobile as cell phones or tablets.

The Downside:

While EMF blockers can present a fantastic solution, one of the downsides is that they only work locally. For example, a phone EMF blocker works great to protect you against EMFs emitted from your phone. However, it doesn’t do much to help with the EMFs coming off your WiFi or other devices.

The same is true for crystals, which can work beautifully to absorb harmful EMFs in your environment, but when you leave the house, you’re once again vulnerable to EMF radiation.

And using EMF blocking headphones is an excellent choice if you spend a lot of time on your phone. However, headphones can’t do much to protect you from EMFs coming from power lines, your WiFi router, or any other device in your home.

In other words, while they all present potential solutions to the EMF issue, it’s kind of like a game of whack a mole.

For comprehensive EMF protection, there’s really only one way to keep yourself safe all day, no matter where you are and what you’re doing — and that’s wearing an EMF protective pendant.

EMF Protection Pendant

Since EMFs come from both local (cell phones, computers, tablets) and non-local (power lines, WiFi) sources, if you want to protect yourself, you need to have something that you can carry with you at all times.

Doing a quick google search for “EMF protection pendant” will generate a list of wearable stones and metals that are known to ward off EMFs. While many of these present viable options, there’s one product out there that. in my opinion, blows them all away — the Harmoni Pendant

The Harmoni Pendant acts as a neutralizer that helps combat the negative effects of EMFs. It does this by bringing your energy field and nervous system into a state known as coherence.

In coherence, your electromagnetic field and nervous system are balanced and harmonized — shielded from electromagnetic frequencies.

To understand what sets the Harmoni Pendant apart from other EMF blockers, let’s dig a bit more into what coherence is and how it affects your body.

You may be familiar with the concept of the sympathetic (fight or flight), versus the parasympathetic (rest and digest) mode of your nervous system. When you’re in sympathetic mode your body is in a state of stress. This results in a disharmonized electromagnetic field (incoherence) which makes you even more susceptible to imbalances like toxins, EMFs, emotional stress, mood issues, and so on.

If you don’t nip the cascade of stress in the bud, it creates a downward spiral where the stress in your body makes you more susceptible to outside stressors (like EMFs), which further stress your body.

It may be easy to pin emotional or physical signs of stress on a job, family challenges, or financial issues, but make no mistake — EMFs are an invisible and silent stressor to your entire body and mind system.

By creating coherence in your energy and nervous system, the Harmoni Pendant shifts you away from sympathetic mode and into parasympathetic mode. This creates a field around your body that no longer attracts EMF radiation — and actually helps shield you from these harmful frequencies.

While other EMF protectors may neutralize or absorb some of the radiation in your field, they don’t do much to reharmonize and balance your energy. So you can place stones and stickers on your devices all day, but you’ll still be vulnerable to all the radiation coming from other people’s devices, WiFi, and powerlines.

Bottom Line

There are many helpful steps you can take and resources out there if you want to protect yourself from EMF frequencies. Turning off electronics when you’re not using them, putting your cell phone in a different room while you sleep, and adorning your home with crystals and EMF blockers are all impactful ways to limit your exposure.

However, if you want all-day protection no matter where you go and what you do, there’s nothing as effective as wearable EMF protection. Instead of trying to protect your electromagnetic field from the outside in, protect it from the inside out.

The fact of the matter is, the world of technology is constantly coming out with new sources of EMFs. Instead of trying to control the ever-changing environment, you can save a lot of time and energy (no pun intended), by taking matters into your own hands by shielding your field from EMFs and other sources of energetic imbalance.
