Thanks for the comprehensive list of toxic metals and their effects on humans.

I’ve suffered from adrenal fatigue for several years, and during that time I’ve lived in many different places, not only in the U.S. but also in South America and Southeast Asia. Based on my experiences, it appears to me that **where** you live is as important as **how** you live. In other words, colder and drier environments seem to negatively impact an adrenal fatigue sufferer more than warm, humid surroundings. Or, perhaps my difficulties were due primarily to living in industrial regions where toxic metals pose an acute problem. What are your thoughts on this?
